DeAnna Arellano

DeAnna Arellano has played a pivotal role in shaping the ROG’s presentations and family-focused approach since attending our very first event in 2007. Many of the phrases that have become synonymous with our mission—like “Social Security: Tax Freee!”, “Defend the First 10”, and “Pay Yourself First”—originated from DeAnna’s creative insight and have become staples in Ken’s presentations.

While contributing behind the scenes for years, DeAnna always kept her focus on what truly matters most: family. A teacher by profession in the Greece School District, she ultimately chose to take on what we believe is the hardest—and most important—job in the world: serving as Domestic CEO for our two boys. In nearly two decades, she has missed only one event, a testament to her commitment and passion.

Now that our sons are grown, DeAnna has officially joined our practice in a new capacity. She brings her signature warmth and attention to detail to her role as Head of Hospitality and Client Interactions, ensuring every experience with us feels personal and welcoming. When not at work DeAnna enjoys time with family, the family dogs, and vacationing in Disney.
